Our second and final meeting takes place 30-60 days before your wedding, and we like to call this the “long” meeting. During this session, we dive into all the logistical details: timeline, ceremony order, additional vendors, personal items, and everything else our team needs to know to flawlessly execute your event. It’s the last big step to ensure everything goes off without a hitch!

Once your date is set, the real fun begins! Our first planning session is the design meeting. This is where we dive into choosing linen colors, crafting floor plans, and chatting about all the pretty details...And this is where the magic happens! We usually schedule this meeting 4-6 months before your big day. It’s the perfect time to bring along mom or your maid of honor for some extra sparkle and excitement!

On your wedding day, the only thing you should worry about is keeping your champagne flute full! Our production team arrives early to set up for your ceremony and reception, greet all the vendors, and ensure every detail is in place to bring your wedding vision to life. When you step through the doors for the first time, you’ll walk into a perfectly set event. And the best part? At the end of the night, you get to leave with your guests without lifting a finger!

Most of our clients are booking 6-12 months in advance, however, if your date is available, we can accommodate a 2-3 month turnaround on all inclusive weddings. We have flexible payment plans with $1000 down to secure your date and equal monthly payments not to exceed a total of 12 months.
