CAN I COME SEE THE SPACE?
Yes! Absolutely! We would be happy to schedule you a tour and answer any questions. We are available by appointment. Call or Text 817-213-7316 to book your tour.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Our parking lot is located behind the building on North Commerce, directly behind Byblos restaurant. You can access the venue by either entering through the patio by the alleyway in the back or walking around the block to the front entrance on N. Main Street. For any overflow, ample street parking is available located on N. Main Street (directly in front of the building) or along Central Ave. (just south of Roots Fort Worth).

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY?
The venue has three separate spaces: the indoor ballroom, downstairs patio and upstairs rooftop patio. Using all three spaces, the total capacity is 125 guests. For a seated dinner using the indoor ballroom, we recommend no more than 70 guests.

CAN I RENT JUST 1 space?
No; our venue rental includes access to all our the rooms.

IS BYOB ALLOWED?
Yes, you can! Our venue is BYOB. All events serving alcohol are required to add on our in-house bartending team. 

CAN WE HAVE SHOTS?
No shots allowed. All liquor must be served with a mixer through our in house bartending team.

WHAT'S THE LATEST MY EVENT CAN GO? 
We require all guests and vendors packed up and out of the venue no later than 12:00am. 

CAN I HAVE A DJ OR LIVE MUSIC?
Absolutely! Your band or DJ is responsible for bringing all of their own equipment. We do not have a sound system.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?
If you love our venue as much as we do and are ready to book, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Our contract will be sent via email and is to be signed online. The 50% deposit can be paid by cash, check or credit card. 

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
Standard deposit is 50% of the total amount. Ask us about our flexible payment options!

IS THERE FLEXIBILITY WITH MY TIME? 
Yes! With our event rental package you get to choose which hours you would like access to the building. 

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN VENDORS?
Absolutely! We love to work with all of the amazing vendors here in the DFW area. The exception to this rule is bartending. We now require all events who are serving alcohol to book our bartending team. 

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN I HOST HERE? 
Here at Roots there are no limits to the type of event you can host here! Anywhere from baby showers, baptisms, birthdays, holiday parties, graduations, to life celebrations are welcome

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN CATERING? 
Yes, we have an open vendor policy. All caterers are required to provide proof of $1M liability insurance

CAN I ADD MORE HOURS? 
You may add hours to your rental timeframe for $350 per hour. Just a reminder, all events must end by 11:00pm with all guests and vendors out by 12:00am

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE? 
Credit/debit, bank transfer, check, or cash. Please note, online payments will be charged a processing fee. If you would like to avoid this fee, cash or check drop off is an option!

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL FOR? 
Roots Fort Worth intends to operate with a purpose of promoting marriage as God intended, between one man and one woman. As Christians, this publicly professed union is a beautiful symbol of God's love for us and his perfect design for marriage. Simply put, we do not allow same sex weddings onsite. Any man or woman, whether or not they share in our biblical beliefs, are welcome to join together as one and celebrate with Roots Fort Worth!

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL FOR? 
Our standard rental includes access to the venue for 7 hours.

CAN I DROP OFF ITEMS THE DAY BEFORE? 
No. We cannot accommodate storage of any personal or rental items before or after your event.

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE SPACE & WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR CLEANUP? 
You will need to have everything out of the space by the agreed upon rental time. We require anything that is brought in to be removed but do not require general cleaning from the client (i.e. sweeping, mopping, etc.)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EVENT ENDS EARLY? 
Please call/text our on call team at least 30 minutes prior to your early departure. You do not need to stay in building until someone arrives. Please lock the front doors and exit through the back gates.

CAN TWO EVENTS HAPPEN ON THE SAME DAY? 
We offer a private event space for the duration of your event!

ARE CANDLES ALLOWED? 
Yes, candles must be used in glass containers. The top of the glass must go above the top of the flame

DO YOU HAVE A SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM? 
At this time we do not have a system, but you are more than welcome to bring in one of your own or from a third party vendor.

DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED VENDORS LIST? 
Yes upon request!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 
No refunds of payments or deposits made will be given for rescheduling or cancellation of an event. If you decide to reschedule your event to a later date, you may be subject to additional fees.

DO YOU ALLOW SAME SEX WEDDING?

DO YOU CHARGE TAX AND GRATUITY? 
The venue rental is not subject to tax. Any add on services or tangible goods will be taxed accordingly.

WHAT IS A SERVICE FEE?
Service fees cover the extra costs of providing good customer service and quality products just for you and your event.
